Appointment Information for St Cloud Florida Dentist
Here are the appointment policies for Dr Frank Murray.
To make an appointment you must call our
office during normal business hours.
Once an appointment has been made, cancellations must be confirmed 24
hours prior to appointment time.
failure to cancel in the 24 hour notice will result in a $25.00
per half hour of scheduled appointment time.
The second missed appointment, you will be charged $25.00 per half hour
of scheduled appointment time and will be excused from our practice. You
will be seen on an emergency basis for thirty days.
Please be sure to have payment ready at the end of your appointment
unless previous arrangements have been made.
