Appointment Policy for Dr Frank J Murray

Here are the appointment policies for Dr Frank Murray.

• To make an appointment you must call our office during normal business hours.
  
• Once an appointment has been made, cancellations must be confirmed 24 hours prior to appointment time.
  
•  failure to cancel in the 24 hour notice will result in a $25.00 per half hour of scheduled appointment time.
  
• The second missed appointment, you will be charged $25.00 per half hour of scheduled appointment time and will be excused from our practice. You will be seen on an emergency basis for thirty days.
  
• Please be sure to have payment ready at the end of your appointment unless previous arrangements have been made.
